为了保障您的游艇之旅安全、顺利、愉快，请在预订前仔细阅读以下条款与条件。本协议适用于所有通过 RetreatLink Inc. 预订的包船服务。
📌 预订与付款 Booking & Payment
- 游艇体验需提前预订，视具体日期与时间而定，先到先得。
All yacht tours must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability. - 预订时需支付全款以确认船只与船长档期。
Full payment is required to confirm your booking and secure the yacht and captain. - 所有付款均可通过信用卡或电子转账完成，需在预订后24小时内完成支付。
Payments can be made by credit card or e-transfer within 24 hours of reservation.
⏳ 取消与退款政策 Cancellation & Refund

⚠️ 若因恶劣天气或船长判断无法安全出航，我们将协助您改期或全额退款。
❌ 取消政策 Cancellation Policy
- 出发前7天以上取消，可全额退款（扣除支付平台手续费）。
Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure are eligible for a full refund (minus processing fees). - 出发前72小时至7天取消，可退回50%费用。
Cancellations made between 72 hours and 7 days prior will receive a 50% refund. - 出发前72小时内取消，不予退款。
No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of departure. - 改期视情况而定，需提前联系确认。
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
⚓ 出航安排与登船须知 Departure & Boarding

游艇从 多伦多外港码头（Outer Marina) 出发，点击查看地图，具体地址也将通过确认邮件提供。

请至少提前15分钟到达码头，迟到超过30分钟可能无法登船，费用不予退还。

标准行程时长为4小时，如需特殊定制，请提前告知。
⚠️ 安全与责任 Safety & Liability
- 所有乘客必须听从船长指示，穿戴救生衣并遵守船上安全规定。
All passengers must follow the captain’s instructions, wear life jackets, and comply with onboard safety rules. - 酒精适量可带入，但醉酒状态下禁止登船或操控任何设备。
Alcohol is permitted in moderation; intoxicated individuals will not be allowed to board or operate equipment. - 如因乘客行为导致船只损坏或人员受伤，将由乘客承担责任。
Passengers are liable for any damages or injuries resulting from their actions.
🌧️ 天气因素与航程变更 Weather & Trip Changes
- 如遇恶劣天气（强风、雷雨、大雾），船长有权取消或推迟行程。
In case of severe weather (strong winds, storms, fog), the captain may cancel or delay the tour. - 若因天气取消，可免费改期或全额退款。
Cancellations due to weather are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. - 航行中若天气突然恶化，船长可决定提前返回，费用不予退还。
If the tour is cut short due to weather after departure, no refunds will be issued.
👟 乘客行为规范 Passenger Conduct
- 请保持礼貌与文明，禁止在船上吸烟、乱扔垃圾或大声喧哗。
Respectful behavior is expected at all times. No smoking, littering, or excessive noise is allowed onboard. - 不得在船上奔跑、跳水或攀爬栏杆等危险行为。
Running, diving, or climbing on railings is strictly prohibited. - 若有儿童同行，请家长自行看管。
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
👶 年龄与健康限制 Age & Health Requirements
- 未满 18 岁需由父母或监护人陪同。
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - 游艇体验不适合孕妇、严重晕船者或患有心血管疾病者。
The tour is not recommended for pregnant individuals, those prone to motion sickness, or with serious heart conditions. - 如有特殊健康需求，请提前告知以便安排。
Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special needs.
📄 免责申明 Liability Waiver
- 所有乘客需在登船前签署免责协议，确认自愿参与并了解潜在风险。
All passengers must sign a waiver prior to boarding, acknowledging that participation is voluntary and carries inherent risks. - 因不可抗力（如恶劣天气、机械故障或第三方行为）或乘客自身不当行为（如未穿戴救生衣、跳水、攀爬或其他危险动作）而造成的行程中断、财产损失或人身伤害，游艇所有者、RetreatLink Inc. 及船长均不承担任何法律责任或赔偿义务。
RetreatLink Inc., the yacht owner, and the captain shall not be held liable for any trip interruption, property loss, or personal injury caused by force majeure events (such as severe weather, mechanical failure, or third-party actions), or by a passenger’s own unsafe conduct (such as failure to wear a life jacket, diving, climbing, or other risky behavior).
